For all the stories that center on the apostles in the New Testament, there is a bigger group surrounding them. The "70" is a group of folks together in a common worship and mission. The 70 might have different jobs, but they are united in service to the in-breaking Kingdom of God.

At First UMC, "70" is where we are united in common worship and mission. While we might have different discipleship groups, varied experiences of small groups, and individual devotion, we gather in worship and are sent out on a mission.
